What I do at BPBC: I am responsible for the leadership and direction of the middle school ministry – specifically, students from 6th – 8th grade. Our goal is to work with parents to connect students to Christ and other godly examples, assist them in growing from the inside out, and to present them with opportunities to serve the Lord.

Family: I married the love of my life on August 1, 2008 - the week before I came on staff at Blackshear Place. My wife Andrea and I met while doing theater at Liberty University – the most exciting school on the planet. She and I had our first kiss onstage.

Favorite Hobbies or Sports: Going to the Movies, Hanging out with my wife, hiking, mountains, going to the Fox, Tennis

My Relationship with Christ: I believe in Kids Ministry because God began moving in my life at the age of six. During a Sunday evening service the Holy Spirit convicted me of my sin and I invited Him to forgive me and be the Lord of my life. At the age of fourteen, God began teaching me what it meant for Him to be my Lord in all areas, and I surrendered to the call of ministry. From that moment on, my faith journey has been the most exhilarating adventure I could have ever imagined. The Lord has placed the ultimate calling on my life to follow Him as a church planter.
